At the top of the page you’ll see a link to Local Real Estate Markets, and here you can find continually updated data on your local markets, looking at overall numbers such as median sales prices over the past three years, and into key indicators such as months of inventory and average days on market. This is something I’m actually really excited about because this information will constantly be updated in the background and will always be live.
